Project Management Office (PMO) Course Overview

Project Management Office (PMO) training is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage and support project management activities within an organization. The training typically covers a range of topics including PMO fundamentals, PMO functions and roles, project management methodologies and best practices, project governance, and project portfolio management. Participants will learn various tools and techniques to establish and manage a PMO, create and implement project management policies and procedures, manage project portfolios, and support project teams.
