  • Introduction to IT governance: an overview of what IT governance is, why it’s important, and how it can benefit an organization.
  • IT governance frameworks: There are several frameworks for IT governance, such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 38500. This course will cover the key components of these frameworks and how they can be used to manage IT effectively.
  • IT governance frameworks Implementation: How to Implementation (Project Plan), Integrate IT Governance Frameworks and Standards.
  • Roles and responsibilities: roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders, such as the board of directors, executive management, IT management, and business units.
  • Risk management: the principles of risk management and how they apply to IT. This may include identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to IT operations, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
  • IT strategy and planning: we’ll cover the process of developing and implementing an IT strategy and plan that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Performance management: how to measure and monitor IT performance and how to use metrics to improve IT operations and decision-making.
  • Compliance and regulations: the relevant laws, regulations, and standards that govern IT operations and data protection, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
  • Communication and reporting: how to communicate IT governance policies and procedures to stakeholders, as well as how to report on IT performance and compliance.
