Prerequisites

 A computer, a working internet connection, rapt attention and willingness to learn would suffice. §

 This course is suited for beginners, hence no prior knowledge is required.

  • Getting Started with Lightning Page
  • Getting Started with Salesforce Knowledge

Module 3: Data Model
Overview of the module:

  • Introduction to Salesforce Data Model
  • What are Salesforce Objects? ( Standards vs Custom objects)
  • Salesforce Standards objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Leads
  • Salesforce Relationships
  • Page Layouts and Record Types
  • Overview of Salesforce Sharing and Security

What will the attendees aim to learn/gain from attending this course?

This path avails students the beginning essentials to start off their Salesforce Administration journey.

It also prepares students for the Salesforce Associate Certification.
